x dan la... minggu ni sibuk sikit... lagi pun xde mood sgt nk update since phone rosak...<br />

5 hari pose saya n without diet saya manage turun 2.7KG...<br />
Cheat 2 hari yang tak hingat dunia saya dengan jaye nye gain balik 1.5KG...<br />

Total lost minggu lepas <span style="background-color: yellow;">1.2KG</span>... Total penurunan <span style="background-color: yellow;">4.5KG</span><span style="background-color: white;">...</span>.Alhamdulillah... as long ade penurunan berat pun dah cukup baik..<br />

So minggu ni saya x consider berdiet sgt sbb esok ade potluck kat office... saya nak masak choclate kek... hehehe... minggu ni saya just makan macam biase....cume saya x makan nasi je... sweet n roti saya makan mcm biase... jgn lupe paling penting mesti makan GARLIC TABLET and minum MINERAL COFFEE...<br />

Harap2 minggu ni boleh maintain berat 85.5KG... sbb minggu ni balik rumah IBU... semua adik beradik balik sbb nk celeb bday ayah... janganlah berat saya naik melampau....<br />
start malam ni nk minum lemonade without sugar untuk try maintain berat...<br />

first day buke pose.. saya makan roti 3 keping dengan sambal hijau padang.<br />
2nd day buke pose... saya makan nasi lauk keladi masak lemak cili api.. ni MIL yg masak<br />
3rd day buke pose.... makan roti puri (6 keping) cicah dengan ayam kampung masak lemak cili api<br />
4rd day buke pose... saya makan spaghetti olio aglio...<br />
5th day buke pose... which is hari ni belum decide lagi... mayb makan nasi kt umah MIL lagi...<br />

So ni result last saturday.... and this morning punye weighing...<br />
Alhamdulillah ade penurunan berat badan...<br />

After 5 days diet... Turun 1.5kg...(huhuhu even saya cheat, tapi manage jugak turun 1.5kg)<br />
Cheat 2 hari... naik balik 0.5kg...(tapi tetap puas hati sbb saya mase cheat mmg banyk makan nasi... pengat nangka, kek chocolate... bnyk carbo n sweet yang saya telan)<br />

So total penurunan 1kg.. as I planned before.. at least 1kg/week...<br />
So saya dah start untuk paham condition badan saya...<br />
Means saya still boleh reduce weight even makan makanan yg manis n bercarbo, tetapi dalam jumlah yang terkawal... saya mmg x mengharapkan penurunan yang drastic... as long boleh turun 1 kg/week pun dah syukur sgt2...<br />

Next Trial Diet 2 - saya akan pose utk 5 hari (ganti n bayar segala nazar pose yang dulu2). tapi masa berbuke saya nak try makan lebih protein + nasi saya akan ganti dengan roti... or mayb akan tukar ikut sesedap rasa... mayb juga akan try makan dengan nasi tapi kuantiti yang sikit.. so kita akan tgk boleh turun x berat n berape berat naik after 2 day cheat...<br />

Alhamdulillah.... selepas 15 hari diet yang sepatutnya turun berat 10 kg.. saya manage turun sikit je.<br />
Dengan cheat 3 hari lagi.... huhuhu...<br />
overall saya rasa diet ni kalau betul2 consistent dan follow menu dia insyallah boleh turun banyak.<br />
Kesalah yang saya buat... saya grill ayam guna minyak.. supposedly ada hari-hari tertentu je yang boleh guna minyak or butter..<br />
saya pun less minum air... banyak menu yang saya ubah ikut sesedap rase tekak ni...<br />

naik 1.2 kg.... So hari ni Isnin 10/10/2016 Current weight : 87.7 kg... saya akan start diet menu ikut saya... Diet untuk 5 hari.. weekdays sahaja diet... weekend 2 hari cheat day....<br />

untuk diet kali ni saya akan start minum Min Kaffe (Hai-O) dan garlic Capsule (Hai-O)<br />
Adik saya agent and dia yang suruh saya try... dia ckp Min Kaffe dengan garlic capsule ni bagus untuk diet... bagus untuk beri tenaga and boleh kempiskan perut... set ni boleh guna untuk 20 hari...<br />
so cukup la untuk 4 minggu... so saya akan timbang every week... dan every week kan tukar menu diet... insyallah boleh... target nak turun at least 10 kg... doc cakap lose 10 kg if you wanna get pregnant back... time to lose some weight...<br />
